Tacere Therapeutics Inc. stands at the crossroads of two of the more lucrative partnering opportunities in the biotech space: RNAi and HCV.
Founded in July 2006, the San Jose, Calif.-based company is preparing to start clinical trials late next year with lead product TT-033, a
combination of three short-hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) delivered within an adeno-associated virus (AAV) protein coat to three separate regions of the hepatitis C virus.
