o Cambridge Antibody Technology Group plc, of Cambridge, UK, and Scil Proteins GmbH, of Halle, Germany, signed a cross-license agreement for each to conduct research under certain intellectual property belonging to the other, as well as the right to develop a number of therapeutic, diagnostic and technical products. CAT gains access to Scil's Affilin technology for therapeutic indications, and Scil obtains rights to CAT's Ribosome Display in the field of protein products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
