o AerovectRx Corp., of Atlanta, received its first round of venture financing, led by Georgia Venture Partners Inc., of Atlanta; Emergent Growth Fund LLC, of Gainesville, Fla.; and the Advanced Technology Development Center Seed Fund, also of Atlanta.
