o Array BioPharma Inc., of Boulder, Colo., achieved a research milestone in its collaboration with South San Francisco-based Genentech Inc., signed in January 2004 to identify small-molecule candidates against multiple cancer targets. The milestone stemmed from the nomination of a clinical candidate and its advancement into regulated safety assessment testing. Array is entitled to additional milestone payments and potential royalties from Genentech upon continued success of the program. (See BioWorld Today, Jan. 7, 2004.)
