Foreclosure case

Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank plan to appeal a judge's recent landmark decision that opens the door to invalidating thousands of Massachusetts foreclosures dating as far back as 1989. The banks' lawyer says he's filed initial paperwork with the state's appellate court, with a full appeal to soon follow.

Harvard wind

Harvard University has entered into a 15-year agreement with Boston's First Wind to buy power and renewable energy certificates from a wind farm in Maine. The deal would provide 10 percent of the electricity use on Harvard's Cambridge and Allston campuses.
