Provides full year 2009 revenue guidance of $95 million to $98 million
HAYWARD, Calif., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Solta Medical, Inc. , a global leader in the medical aesthetics market, today announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. Revenue for the quarter was in-line with the preliminary forecast provided on September 28th.
Revenue for the third quarter was $17.8 million, an increase of approximately $4.7 million, or 36%, as compared to the third quarter 2008 reflecting increased revenue as a result of the acquisition of Reliant Technologies, Inc. on December 23, 2008, and partially offset by production and regulatory ...
