o Acacia Research Corp., of Newport Beach, Calif., said its CombiMatrix division entered an agreement to license its microarray platform technology to Nanomaterials Discovery Corp., of Laramie, Wyo. It will use the technology in developing its own nano material discovery program, while CombiMatrix will share in revenues from the commercialization of any discovered materials and also will receive a license to intellectual property owned by Nanomaterials. More specific financial terms were not disclosed.
