o Astex Technology Ltd., of Cambridge, UK, moved into a new 36,000-square-foot research and development facility in the Cambridge Science Park. The facility, leased from Trinity College, initially will house up to 150 researchers and can be extended by an additional 30,000 square feet.
o BioGentech Corp., of Irvine, Calif., completed a reverse triangular merger whereby BioGentec Inc., also of Irvine, became a wholly owned subsidiary.
