o Aerogen Inc., of Mountain View, Calif., received a 90-day extension until Nov. 3 to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. Aerogen's shares will continue to trade on the exchange under the symbol "AEGN." The company delivers respiratory and other compounds via its OnQ Aerosol Generator technology. Its stock rose 3 cents Friday to close at 35 cents.
