Aderis Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Hopkinton, Mass., withdrew its initial public offering that was proposed on Jan. 11, citing market conditions. The company, formerly called Discovery Therapeutics Inc., in March set the offering at 5.5 million shares at $12 to $14 per share. Its lead product is Rotigotine CDS, a transdermal dopamine agonist for Parkinson's disease, and the company also has in clinical development adenosine A1 and A2A agonists.
