Affymetrix Inc., of Santa Clara, Calif., entered into an EasyAcccess Silver agreement under which Immunex Corp., of Seattle, gains broad access to Affymetrix's standard and custom GeneChip arrays and other technology to monitor gene expression for use in research and development. Terms were not disclosed.
Atrix Laboratories Inc., of Fort Collins, Colo., received $6 million from Sanofi-Synthelabo Inc., of New York, related to the introduction of the prostate cancer product Eligard 7.5 mg, leuprolide acetate for injectable suspension.
