Dubai, 3rd November 2009 (WAM) -- The need for a Mortgage Finance Agency to facilitate and expedite the development of the real estate and property markets was highlighted during a Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) event held today.
Speakers and delegates attending the DIFC Economics Workshop on Housing Finance, evaluated the current scenarios, identified the key challenges facing the real estate sector in the region and discussed possible solutions.
