South Korea's trade surplus amounted to $3.79 billion in October, down slightly from $4.71 billion in September, due largely to weak imports, according to a report released by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy Sunday. The country's exports came to $34.02 billion last month, falling 8.3 percent year-on-year, while imports tumbled 16.3 percent to $30.23 billion, the report said.
