Evergreen Energy Inc. subsidiary C-Lock Technology, Inc. has been selected by Shanghai Electric Power Company Ltd. (Shanghai Electric) to use GreenCert in a feasibility study for a pilot project to quantify potential greenhouse gas (GHG) reductions in coal-fired power plants.
