The Community Redevelopment Agency in the coming weeks will start a brand new search to attract companies to the proposed Clean Tech Manufacturing Center in Downtown, the agency said today in a statement, after a deal for Italian rail car manufacturer AnsaldoBreda, Inc. to anchor the project fell apart late last week.
The CRA last September announced plans to develop the Clean Tech Center, a 1 million-square-foot industrial park that would house green technology manufacturers on a 20-acre property near Washington Boulevard and 15th Street.
