November 4, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAWW) has completed a public offering of 4.6 million of its common shares for $25.75 per share, including 600,000 shares purchased by the underwriters to cover over-allotments.
Morgan Stanley & Co. (NYSE: MS) and Goldman, Sachs & Co. (NYSE: GS) served as the joint bookrunning managers.
