WILMINGTON, Mass. -- Textron Systems, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, today announced the promotion of Robert Sullivan to Textron Systems' senior vice president and chief financial officer and the retirement of John Condon, the company's current senior vice president of Finance.
Effective January 4, 2010, Sullivan will take over responsibility for the accounting, financial planning, analysis and reporting activities of Textron Systems -- one of Textron's five reporting segments.
