TEMECULA, Calif. -- Mission Oaks Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB:MOKB), whose principal subsidiary is Mission Oaks National Bank, announced unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 and restated unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2009.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2009, the company reported a net profit of $163,000, or $0.03 per share, compared to net earnings of $82,000, or $0.02 per share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2008.
