3 November 2009 - Scandinavian air travel group SAS AB (STO: SAS) and privately-held company Salenia AB have agreed to sell their jointly owned venture Skyways Express AB to its CEO Lars-Ake Bertilsson for SEK1.
Skyways Express is part of Skyways Holding AB, where SAS holds 25% and Salenia -- 73%. The holding company also includes the marketing and distribution entity Skyways AB, which will not be affected by the planned sale, Skyways said today on its website.
The divestiture of Skyways Express is subject to formal approval by a general shareholders' meeting in the parent company.
