NEW YORK -- Susan Plagemann has been named Vice President & Publisher of Vogue, it was announced today by Charles H. Townsend, President and C.E.O. of Conde Nast. Ms. Plagemann will report to Thomas A. Florio, Senior Vice President and Publishing Director for the Vogue properties, Bon Appetit, and Conde Nast Traveler. Her appointment is effective January 4, 2010.
