Financial aspect of Arctic Sea incident sorted out - Russian ministry
MOSCOW. Nov 3 (Interfax) - Russia, Malta and the owner of the Maltese-flagged dry cargo carrier Arctic Sea have settled all financial issues related to the vessel, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a report on Tuesday.
"An act on the vessel's handover regulating financial relations between the sides amid the emergency situation surrounding the Arctic Sea was agreed upon and signed during talks that preceded the transfer of the vessel.
