HOUSTON -- Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE:PAA) today reported net income of $122 million, or $0.65 per diluted limited partner unit, for the third quarter of 2009 as compared to net income for the third quarter of 2008 of $206 million, or $1.41 per diluted limited partner unit. The Partnership reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ("EBITDA") of $242 million for the third quarter of 2009, compared with EBITDA of $310 million for the third quarter of 2008.
