VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Nov 4, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Selkirk Metals Corp. ("Selkirk") (TSX VENTURE:SLK) is pleased to announce that the previously announced merger with Imperial Metals Corporation ("Imperial") (TSX:III) by way of Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement") was approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia on November 2, 2009 and closed effective 12:01 a.m. (Vancouver time) today.
