DaVita Inc., a provider of kidney care services for those diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD), announced that Kim Rivera will join DaVita as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
In a release, the Company noted that Rivera brings more than 15 years' experience in corporate law, litigation and compliance. Since 2006, she has served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel to The Clorox Company. In this capacity, she was responsible for Clorox's global compliance program, the delivery of legal services to its international businesses, as well as oversight of global employment counseling and litigation.
