The Board of Chalkfree Limited (the principal company in the Promethean Group) today announces that Dante Roscini and Philip Rowley have been appointed Non Executive Directors.
Dante (aged 51) is a Senior Lecturer in the Business, Government and the International Economy Unit at Harvard Business School, a position he has held since September 2008. Dante holds a summa cum laude Laurea degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Rome and an MBA from Harvard. He started his career as a Project Manager before joining Goldman Sachs, where he was Head of European Capital Markets from 1988 to 1998.
