Frontier Ranch, a 750-acre youth camp on the flanks of Mount Princeton, recently completed first phase construction for a new sewage treatment plant.
Sarah Knott, public relations coordinator for Young Life, the Christian nonprofit corporate owner of the camp, said Young Life is building the new plant as an upgrade. She said, "The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Water Quality Control Division raised wastewater standards three years ago."
