COMMONS Speaker John Bercow last night urged MPs not to stand in the way of radical changes to their expenses, warning of a public backlash if the plans are watered down.
Sir Christopher Kelly, the chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life, unveiled a series of measures aimed at restoring Parliament's battered reputation after the expenses scandal.
