NEW YORK, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MarketAxess Holdings Inc. , the operator of a leading electronic trading platform for U.S. and European high-grade corporate bonds, emerging markets bonds and other types of fixed-income securities, today announced total monthly trading volume for October 2009 of $34.7 billion, consisting of $19.7 billion in U.S. high-grade volume, $7.6 billion in eurobond volume, and $7.4 billion in other volume.
