VIRGINIA BEACH - Robert Waverly Golden, 85, passed away Nov. 1, 2009, in Sun City Center, Fla. A native of Roanoke, Va., he was the son of John and Joye Golden.
He was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, a veteran of World War II, the former owner of Printcraft Press Inc. in Portsmouth and a two-time past president of the Printing Industries of the Virginias. He was a past chairman of the Tidewater Chapter of the American Heart Association and a member of the Portsmouth Jaycees.
Mr. Golden is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Nona B. Golden. Also surviving are sister, Phyllis OAEBerry (Vernon) and ...
