Q. I've heard goat's milk is healthier than cow's milk. Is this true?
m. Not really. The notion that goat's milk is somehow better for you than cow's milk is more folklore than fact. Yet people with food allergies are led to believe they should switch to goat's milk if they can't tolerate cow's milk. A blatant example is the logo on brochures for Meyenberg Goat Milk, a leading national brand, says "Nature's Alternative for People Sensitive to Cow Milk."
