STAMFORD, Conn. -- World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:WWE) today announced financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009. Revenues totaled $111.3 million as compared to $108.8 million in the prior year quarter. Operating income was $14.5 million as compared to $7.9 million in the prior year quarter. Net income was $8.9 million, or $0.12 per share, as compared to $5.3 million, or $0.07 per share, in the prior year quarter.
