SILICON VALLEY, Calif., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The global Armenian high-tech industry and strategic business forum and conference, ArmTech Congress, will kick off its 2009 event this evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome reception and panel. The event, which features a keynote from His Excellency Tigran Sargsyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, will take place through November 8 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, California. This is the third annual ArmTech Congress conceived under the theme of "learning from the past and inventing the future."
