THE TRENDS
WHILE there has been little movement among most of the top rankings on the list, Northrop Grumman has replaced Lockheed Martin at No. 1. Across the board, it appears local employment rates at smaller companies in the aerospace industry remain relatively stable compared to last year's figures. Global juggernauts Boeing and Lockheed Martin, however, did report a decrease of 4,000 and 2,000 employees companywide, respectively.
