WALES' National Garden of Remembrance opened yesterday to allow tributes to be paid to our war heroes past and present.
The field of remembrance at Cathays Park, Cardiff, is set up to represent the Welsh nation and will remain open until November 15.
Remembrance crosses, Muslim crescents and Stars of David are placed in the garden to remember those who have died in conflict.
