(ONCI.OB) is pleased to announce the close of the acquisition of Pets911.com, and all intellectual property assets associated with this firm. Pursuant to the asset purchase agreement with I Recycle LLC, entered into on October 12, 2009, On4(TM) issued 3,000,000 shares of its common stock to designees of the vendor company, I Recycle LLC in payment of the purchase price for the acquisition of Pets911.com.
