The absence of news and volatile world markets BSE-Sofia moved up and down in a tight range last week. SOFIX added 1.8% WoW to 483.67 points but still remained away from the level of 500. The other indices also advanced during the week but low volumes show that institutional investors stay away from trading. The forthcoming change in REIT legislation that could allow REIT companies to defer dividend payments has not impacted negatively demand and the REIT index increased WoW last week.
