New owner offers opportunities to purchase the condominiums, many at 30% lower than original 2008 prices
PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Condominium sales will resume this month at Aria, the 33-story, 114 unit building at 1425 Locust Street in Philadelphia.
