CNVM to issue tomorrow an answer on Rompetrol Rafinare MPTOAccording to National Securities Commission (CNVM) officials, cited by the local media, CNVM will give an answer regarding the documents submitted by The Rompetrol Group (TRG) for launching a mandatory public offer for Rompetrol Rafinare (RRC) on October 22. According to same sources, TRG has submitted for approval to CNVM the documentation for launching a MPTO for Rompetrol Well Services (PTR) as well.
