Positive Moods Came Back On Wall Street

US indices started the Thursday session almost unchanged from the closing levels and the neutral trading remained in effect during the whole day. At the beginning the market couldn't find a clear direction as the generally positive earning reports, including those of some big companies, were offset by the not so good labor market data. The Initial jobless claims for the previous week rose to 531 000, while expected to decline to 516 000, signaling that the unemployment is still a problem despite the beginning of the economic recovery.
