Rompetrol minorities calling to hold a GSM overruledAccording to company release, RRC's Board of Directors (BoD) has rejected the request of a group of nine shareholders owning 5.077% of RRC to hold a GSM and an extraordinary GSM. We remind that a group of minority shareholders requested on September 10 to call a GSM in order to discuss (i) the appointment of the BoD members through cumulative voting (that would allow minorities to have their member in the Board), (ii) the selection of company's financial auditor, and (iii) the analysis of auditors reports submitted between January 1, 2007 and September 1, 2009.
