Stocks Extend Losses
Bulgarian stocks edged down for a fourth day in a row on Monday, extending loses from the previous week. In a relatively low-volume session, the benchmark SOFIX stepped back 1.20%. The index closed at 463.33, well below its YTD high of 511.34 reached on September 17. Furthermore, the broader BG40 fell 0.95%, the total return BGTR30 lost 0.66%, and BGREIT dropped 1.60%.
