Nov 05, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- There has been a sharp decline in the value of Myer shares since the stock's sharemarket debut on 2 November 2009. However, the IPO market is much more challenging in the US, where the proposed floats of AEI and Aviv REIT have been withdrawn due to difficult market conditions.
