UNION chiefs representing civil service workers are adamant that all of their members will strike later this month.
The Civil Public & Services Union (CPSU), representing 13,000 lower-paid civil servants, may consider strike payment on November 24, but its war chest only runs to '5m. If the union opted to pay all 13,000 workers '100 per day, it would cost '1.3m straight away.
