Amidst the economic recession and with gold prices soaring to all-time highs, consumers are selling their unwanted gold jewelry to cable television and online gold buyers at a record pace. Along with this influx of business, there has also been a rapid increase of consumer complaints against corrupt gold dealers and unscrupulous business practices. According to the Better Business Bureau, the number of complaints has risen in recent months.
