Last year CS Odessa launched a customer initiative to better gauge the satisfaction level of our customers. In the 2nd annual benchmark, CS Odessa emailed surveys to over 3,700 customers, at random, who had purchased any of the ConceptDraw products during 2008, and were asked to rate their satisfaction level on product quality and usability, as well as, technical support.
Over 5% of ConceptDraw customers who were surveyed participated in the survey. Results were gathered from over 100 countries across the globe. Purchases that were triggered by word of mouth went from 3% in the first survey, to 8.1% in the second one, a total increase of 270%.
