ASP GT Holding Corp. and ASP GT Acquisition Corp., wholly-owned subsidiaries of investment funds managed by American Securities LLC, a private equity firm, announced the successful completion of the tender offer for all outstanding shares of common stock of GenTek Inc. ASP GT Holding Corp. intends to complete the acquisition of GenTek promptly.
The tender offer and withdrawal rights expired at 12:00 Midnight, New York City time, on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.
