The Family Online Safety Institute (FOSI) will host its third annual online safety conference, Building a Culture of Responsibility: From Online Safety to Digital Citizenship on November 4-5, 2009 at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington, DC. The annual conference brings together top leaders from government, education, industry and the nonprofit sector.
