Inland Real Estate Auctions, Inc. announced the upcoming court-ordered auction of City Center, a 15-acre, 50,000-square-foot retail and office development project in Crown Point, Ind. With a court-ordered minimum bid of $2.5 million, the sale includes a turn-key retail building with existing tenants and triple-net income in place and a cold shell office/medical building.
