Charlotte, NC-based Waterstone Capital Advisors is pleased to announce that Webster Hughes has joined the company as a Managing Director of the company's new Consulting and Investment Banking business unit.
A primary focus of the new business unit is to provide real estate loan valuation and advisory services to institutional real estate investors and lenders. In addition to client business, Hughes is responsible for managing Waterstone's sizable CMBS defeasance loan portfolio.
