AT&T* was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its independent report: "The Forrester Wave™: Managed Global Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) Services, Q4 2009" (October 2009).(1) In this evaluation, AT&T was cited as a leader and received the highest scores in both strategy and market presence, including the strongest sales capabilities and the strongest financials.
Additionally, AT&T's scores for its 2009 to 2010 "strategic plans for network and MPLS service portfolio enhancement and its customer stickiness program are well above average compared with other providers evaluated."
